Lilac Love

I love lilacs.

I love their color, the way they smell and their billowy blooms.

My dream is to have a row of lilacs across the back of our yard, so I can enjoy them inside and out and not feel guilty for cutting them.

I took Christopher outside the other day and we were looking at the lilacs.

 Each time he reached to touch them, the wind would blow ever so slightly and they would tickle his fingertips.
He giggled and giggled and giggled.

 Another reason to love lilacs ... baby giggles.
